✅ 1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your organic protein cookies, here’s how returns and refunds work.

🔁 2. Returns Window & Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return cookies up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    • Opened items are not eligible for return or refund due to food safety regulations.

📦 3. Initiating a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Email support@captainproteincookies.com within the 30-day period.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Once approved, we’ll send you:

  • A prepaid return shipping label (if the return is due to quality issues), or

  • Instructions for return shipping (if you prefer to ship yourself).

Please do not send anything back without prior approval, or the return may not be accepted.

  • Once the returned cookies arrive and pass inspection, we will issue your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • The refund will be applied using your original payment method.

  • If 15 business days pass with no refund received, please reach out to our customer support.

  • Customers outside your primary sales region (e.g., UK-based returns center) may return items within the return window.

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a product defect.

  • Include your order number or a copy of the confirmation email with your return shipment.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Opened or partially consumed cookie packages.

    • Custom or personalized orders, unless there’s a quality issue.

    • Items properly stored but expired or beyond the return window.

🧾 8. Order Cancellations

  • Before your cookies are shipped, you may cancel an order and receive a full refund.

  • After shipping, cancellations are not accepted; you must follow the return process once the product arrives.
